COMPANY STORY
Alrizq Assets Sdn. Bhd. was built on a simple observation: most people only talk to one bank when they finance a property, and most banks only offer their own products. Neither side of that conversation is looking out for the client’s full picture.
We sit outside that arrangement. Our role is to compare financing packages across multiple banks and LPPSA, assess what actually fits a client’s financial position, and manage the paperwork that follows — sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and the legal steps in between — through our network of banking and legal partners.
