TERMS & CONDITIONS

1

Racers must submit seven (7) loan cases to the Alrizq Mortgage Team.

2

Each loan case must have a minimum SPA value of RM300,000.

Submissions must be net of any discounts on fees (no discounted fees allowed).

Entry submission will only be considered valid upon stamping of the Loan Agreement (LA).

Racing Period: 1st March 2026 – 31st December 2026

All seven (7) loan cases must be validly submitted on or before 31st December 2026.

Failure to validly submit within the Racing Period will require the participant to submit loan cases(s) in the following business quarter :

  • The remaining uncompleted loan cases; plus
  • ⁠One (1) additional loan case

⁠If the required cases are still not fulfilled, the participant will be liable to bear the cost of the trip, proportionate to the number of outstanding loan cases.
